I give thanks to God for his guidance, for giving me the privilege of serving in this kindergarten He prepared for children and allowing me to participate in the first stage of children’s learning journey.
Kindergarten education lays a solid foundation for every child’s lifelong learning journey. As the principal of a non-profit-making kindergarten, I spend my days thinking about ways to improve the quality of the school’s education services, providing a curriculum that fits children’s learning needs, offering exchange programmes for teachers’ professional development and ways to support parents in nurturing their children. This is because all of these areas are linked and matter to children’s growth.
Working in preschool education, I understand that every parent wants to enrol their children in quality kindergartens with a pleasant environment, caring teachers and a curriculum that serves as a bridge to primary school learning. I hope this garden of God would be the second home for children and their parents. It is here that not only can children acquire knowledge, but also learn to love others, enjoy being loved, and develop a healthy mind and body. Parents can also establish a family-like relationship with our staff, joining hands with us in promoting children’s growth just like what our school motto says – “Child-oriented, love-centred, and aesthetic-focused.
In the future, our school will continue keeping up with the times, with every effort made for children and made in the best interests of children.
“Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.”(Proverbs 22:6)
